Clear responsibility for supplied files
Partners must own the artwork or hold valid commercial reproduction rights for every supplied file. Client-supplied artwork is used for the agreed production requirement. Additional confidentiality or non-disclosure terms can be documented for eligible programmes where required.

Core production and optional paid services
Printing, stretching, framing, finishing, quality control and standard protective packing form the core production scope. Artwork adaptation, extensive file correction, custom design, mockups, proofs, samples, branding, inserts, barcodes, specialised packing and direct-to-customer dispatch are separately quoted where applicable.
Packaging & Dispatch
Presentation planned around the agreed trade programme
Bulk cartons, individual protective packing, neutral presentation or agreed customer-ready formats may be planned according to product, quantity and destination. White-label branding, inserts, labels and direct dispatch are available only when operationally suitable and included in the confirmed commercial scope.
